Please download and complete the appropriate additional registration packet below.  You must attach it at the end of the online pre-registration process.Please note that photos are not accepted.  All documents should be in .pdf format.

When you have finished the online Registration, please email kregina@taconichills.k12.ny.us or call the Registrar's office: 518-325-2806 to set up an appointment to turn in the required paperwork.
