Online Registration Page

Before beginning the online registration, have the following documents ready in PDF format to upload.  Photos of documents will not be accepted- PDF format only.

• The completed additional registration packet- available for download below or on the registration page
• Two Proofs of Residency- see registration page for acceptable documents
• Student Birth Certificate
• License or government-issued photo ID of parent/guardian
• Any custody/court documents/Orders of Protection
• Name/phone number of prior school
• Immunization Record and Current Physical (doctor offices may fax to 518-325-2893)

You may bring your documents to your registration appointment if you prefer.

All new registrations are required to meet with the District Registrar to finalize the registration. When you have completed the Online Registration please contact the district registrar for an appointment.
